- 2000007 Ontario Inc. (a.k.a. INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend or cancel Scholarship and/or any of the terms and conditions herein, at any time, without notice to the applicant(s)/candidate(s) or any third parties.
- The following persons are NOT eligible to receive a Scholarship: employees of INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing; and Scholarship Applicants (“Applicants”) who provided false or misleading information to INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing at any time.
- To be eligible for the Scholarship, Applicants must:
- The Applicant must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, U.S.A. citizen or Green Card holder and be able to support it with clear and legible photocopy of proof of residency/status in Canada/U.S.A.
- Certify that all the information provided on the Program application form (“Application”) and in all the accompanying documents is true, accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge; and
- The Applicant must provide the interest or be intending to enroll or already enrolled in the full-time program in Business or Engineering area of study, and to support the Application with appropriate documentation, including but not limited to: school transcripts, invitation or acceptance letter from the institution and etc.
- The applicant is responsible for providing required information in order to participate in the Scholarship awards.
- Failure to meet any criteria indicated above herein will result in rejection of the candidate’s Application before the evaluation of the same takes place.
- By applying and submitting the Application, the Applicant authorizes INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing to collect, use, store and confirm information about the Applicant, provided in Application submitted to those who need to know such information for the purposes of administrating and promoting the Scholarship. INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing will use the information only for the purpose of evaluating Application.
- The Scholarship will award two Scholarships to Business and/or Engineering full-time students for a value of One Thousand Five Hundred Canadian Dollars ($1,500 CAD) each.
- The Recipient will receive the cheque payable to him/her with no following conditions on how the award shall be spent.
- The Recipient will receive an offer for the 2021 summer mentorship program with INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing at its headquarters located at: 3605 Weston Road, Toronto, Ontario, M9L 1V7, Canada. The Recipient is responsible for covering any extra expenses related to the fall mentorship program including but not limited to travel fees, accommodation and etc.
- Recipients who choose to decline mentorship program for any reason are not entitled to the value of any expenses they may have spent.
- INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing has neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any costs and expenses associated with the Applicant’s Application.
- Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner’s name, likeness and statements for publicity and statements for publicity purpose without additional compensation or limitations.
- Recipients are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All federal and provincial tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Recipients.
- The Scholarship may be terminated at any time by INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing, upon the occurrence of any behavior on the part of the Recipient that INKAS®, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate, including but not limited to any misconduct in the workplace (during mentorship program) that may result in termination “for cause,” as such is defined by applicable law.
