Scholarship Rules

1. The INKAS^® “Rising Star” scholarship (“Scholarship”) is open to all post-secondary students. An applicant must provide the interest or be intending to enroll or already enrolled in the full-time program in Business or Engineering area of study, and to support an application with appropriate documentation, including school transcripts, invitation or acceptance letter from the institution.
2. The applicant must be able to support his/her legal status in Canada or U.S.A. with clear and legible photocopy of proof of status in Canada/U.S.A.
3. Applications will be accepted beginning from November 16^th, 2020 and until 11.59 EDT of January 31^st, 2021.
4. The recipients for Scholarships (“Recipients” or “Recipient”) are selected by the INKAS^® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing Management Team. The Recipient will be notified by e-mail on or about March 8^th, 2021. Failure by a Recipient to respond to the initial verification within five (5) business days of notification, will result in disqualification, and INKAS^® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing will select an alternate Recipient in the same manner. No substitution by a Recipient for his or her prize shall be allowed. Odds of winning the Scholarship depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Scholarship Entry Period.

5. Two Scholarships will be awarded to Business and/or Engineering full-time students for a value of One Thousand Five Hundred Canadian Dollars (CAD $1,500) each.
6. Only one Recipient will be selected under each Scholarship category.

8. Only one entry is allowed per person.
9. No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Scholarship.
10. Scholarships will be awarded to respective Recipients in person at INKAS^® headquarters located at: 3605 Weston Road, Toronto, Ontario, M9L 1V7, Canada, or send via mail if the Recipient is not present in person to receive the Scholarship award.
11. The Scholarships shall be subject to these Rules, and by entering an application for the same, all applicants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
