What Can an Armored Truck Withstand?
Our vehicles are created to withstand the worst an enemy can throw at you (or shoot at you). They are tested and tried against rapid fire and multiple grenades to ensure the best results every time.
Small Arms Fire
Armored trucks can withstand gunfire from a range of small arms, including:
Handguns: Most armored trucks can resist bullets from common handguns. The bullet-resistant glass and ballistic steel panels are designed to prevent any damage from being done.
Shotguns: The armor can also resist shotgun blasts, which typically involve lower-velocity projectiles.
Rifles: Many armored trucks are equipped to withstand fire from higher-velocity rifles, such as assault rifles. Depending on the level of armor, they can even resist armor-piercing rounds fired from these rifles.
Explosive Devices
Our trucks are equipped with undercarriage protection that helps provide security to the vehicle’s floor. Specifically, there is fuel tank protection that acts as a panel covering the tank, ensuring minor damage to the vehicle. This protection method is in favor of security from grenades. Many armored trucks can resist the blast and fragmentation from hand grenades. The armored body and reinforced glass help absorb and deflect the explosion.
Tire Attacks: Armored trucks can endure damage from many different threats, one of which is being able to remain operable even after their tires have been punctured with runflat systems. This is because the devices within the tire reinforce the structure of the rims.
Armored trucks are highly protected and capable of withstanding a wide range of threats, from small arms fire to explosions.
